We were honored to stage a completely empty home in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota that featured a large open greatroom, pool and screened in lanai.

Imagine being a new home shopper, scrolling through listings with photos of cavernous empty rooms. Images like our BEFORE staging photo below, look cold and unwelcoming and challenge the potential buyer’s imagination.

For this reason, empty homes stay on the market longer and sell for less than beautifully staged homes. Staging a residence with a skilled team is well worth the investment!

Check out our AFTER staging photo of the great room’s conversation area to see how easy it would be for a buyer to imagine themselves as proud new home owners.
