The new build condo that our elegant Longboat Key clients just purchased had a kitchen-looking wine fridge, utilitarian sink and upper cabinets in the corner of their stunning beach front main bedroom. This seemed so out of place in this more intimate setting! We quickly decided that this space should instead be a make up vanity: a high-quality, elegant, well lit haven for the woman of the house.

The space allowed was perfect: 3 walls that supported a custom floating vanity, enough width for a soft chenille upholstered rolling chair, and plenty of space on each side for drawers and chipped glass wall sconces. The final touches of a lit mirror and pretty accessories completed the softness, so appropriate for a main bedroom.
