This small bathroom in a Sarasota waterfront newly purchased condo had good bones but zero personality. The dark grey countertop felt heavy and dated, the mirror was a plain builder-grade frameless slab, and there was nothing giving the room warmth or life. It functioned — it just didn’t yet feel like anyone’s home.

We didn’t gut it. We elevated it. Swapping the dark countertop and backsplash for  fresh white quartz instantly brightened the entire room. Rather than replace the existing frameless mirror, we designed a custom frame that adheres directly onto the glass — no demolition, no mess, full transformation.

From there, it was all about curation: properly scaled and placed towel bars, soft silver wall paint, layered wall art, plush towels and a soft square rug, all pulled together in an elegant coastal palette of blues, gold, silver, and cream. The result is a bathroom that feels intentional, calm, and quietly luxurious.

You don’t have to start from scratch to fall in love with your space again. Sometimes the right countertop, a clever mirror solution, and thoughtfully chosen accessories are all it takes.

If your space needs this kind of magic, I’d love to help you curate every detail — from finishes to the final towel fold. Let’s talk.
