21 Dec Defining Spaces in a Long Great Room
Our lovely clients purchased a long condo and were challenged with separating the spaces to suit their lifestyle. They needed a kitchen bar, a living room and a sunroom all in one narrow linear space.
The solution was to divide the spaces into three: bar chairs at the kitchen peninsula, backed by a custom made living room sectional, and further toward the view we placed a console table behind the sunroom conversation seating.
The living room focal point became the TV alcove, and the sunroom conversation area became all about the view of their gorgeous lake.
We maintained the dining space near the kitchen and added an upholstered bench with pillows to complete the u-shaped living room conversation area!
“We were introduced to Jacqueline through a referral. Best introduction ever. From the time she did her first walk through and through the five months she worked with us, nothing but enthusiasm, professionalism and transformation. Our former maze-of-color condo is now a tranquil, comfortable and cozy condo. We highly recommend her for her knowledge and insight. Her hands-on approach is appealing and she is fun to work with.” – Greg and Marcia Obarski, Sylvania, Ohio and Rotonda West, Florida
